We’re thrilled to share the successful completion of a meaningful program in collaboration with B. S. Abdur Rahman Crescent Institute of Science & Technology!
This journey began when Crescent Creative Strokes reached out to us on Instagram, expressing their interest in implementing our initiatives within their university campus. After a few rounds of planning and coordination, we finalised the date and number of participants.
While the event date was postponed and participant numbers dropped, we were committed to making it work. One of the key forces behind this program’s success was Ms. Afra Fathima, the passionate student coordinator from the university. Despite multiple challenges, Fathima remained determined to see the program through. Her dedication convinced us to proceed, even with a reduced number of participants.
We recognise the effort it takes to coordinate between students and university administration, and Ms. Afra Fathima rose to the occasion with grace. The program concluded successfully, and Fathima shared that this was her first event—an experience filled with learning and personal growth. We’re confident she’ll carry these insights into future initiatives.
This collaboration reminded us of an important lesson that sometimes, it’s not about the numbers—it’s about the impact. Had we cancelled due to fewer participants, we would have missed a valuable opportunity to engage with a vibrant campus and a passionate team.
A heartfelt thank you to Afra Fathima and Dr. Sayed Mohammad for their unwavering support and dedication. We look forward to more impactful collaborations in the future!

  • Purpose: To provide students with hands-on experience in corporate relationship management, budget preparation, project proposal creation, leadership development, and project presentation skills.
  • Duration: Flexible based on student availability | Provided day basis as well hour basis
  • Eligibility: Any UG/PG degree relevant to the Environmental and Mechanical studies
  • Requirements:
    1. Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
    2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    4. Excellent research and analytical skills
    5. Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
    6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
    7. Ability to commit to a minimum of 10 weeks of internship

  • Intern Summary:
    We’re looking for a creative and enthusiastic intern to join our team at Koodugal! As a key member of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, including video coverage of student locations where sparrows have occupied the nest boxes, short film creation, social media management, and content creation.
  • Requirements
    1. Strong passion for storytelling and content creation
    2. Excellent video production and editing skills
    3. Proficiency in social media management and content creation tools
    4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

  • Eligibility: Open to students pursuing any UG/PG degree relevant to Environmental Conservation.
  • Intern Summary:
    We are seeking a dedicated and passionate intern to join our team in conserving sparrow populations through awareness and education. The successful candidate will work closely with schools, experts, and volunteers to execute awareness programs, conduct training sessions, and monitor the project’s impact.
  • Requirements:
    1. Passion for environmental conservation and education
    2. Moderate communication and interpersonal skills
    3. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
    4. Strong administrative and time management skills

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Permission and Partnerships: Secure permission from schools to conduct awareness programs and establish partnerships with school administrators.
  2. Program Execution: Conduct awareness programs and hands-on training sessions for students within school premises.
  3. Expert Collaboration: Learn from field experts from Koodugal members to enhance knowledge about sparrow conservation.
