Story behind program execution at ✨ A Year of Serendipity and Success ✨
It’s been a year since Koodugal was nominated for the Inspiro Award—a moment that came as a complete surprise, as we had no idea who had nominated us. To our delight, we not only were nominated but also emerged as a winner!
What made this recognition even more special was the unexpected connection that unfolded on stage. We discovered that Mr. Kumaraguru, who had once attended one of our programs at Velachery school and collected nest boxes, was a friend of Divya Sriram from Agilisum Consulting. Their conversations about Koodugal initiatives led to our nomination for the award.
Fast forward to today—Divya Sriram is now part of the team at Genesys, and our paths have beautifully aligned once again. With the incredible support of Senthil Kumar Narayanasamy, PMP Kumar and the wider Genesys team, we’ve had the pleasure of collaborating on impactful programs.
We’re grateful for the serendipitous connections and the continued encouragement that keep us moving forward. Here’s to many more meaningful partnerships and shared successes! 🌱

Internship Program 5 |
Corporate Relationship management

  • Purpose: To provide students with hands-on experience in corporate relationship management, budget preparation, project proposal creation, leadership development, and project presentation skills.
  • Duration: Flexible based on student availability | Provided day basis as well hour basis
  • Eligibility: Any UG/PG degree relevant to the Environmental and Mechanical studies
  • Requirements:
    1. Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
    2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    4. Excellent research and analytical skills
    5. Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
    6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
    7. Ability to commit to a minimum of 10 weeks of internship

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in building and maintaining relationships with corporate partners and stakeholders

    5. Passion for environmental sustainability and social responsibility

    4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    5. Passion for environmental sustainability and social responsibility

  • Intern Summary:
    We’re looking for a creative and enthusiastic intern to join our team at Koodugal! As a key member of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, including video coverage of student locations where sparrows have occupied the nest boxes, short film creation, social media management, and content creation.
  • Requirements
    1. Strong passion for storytelling and content creation
    2. Excellent video production and editing skills
    3. Proficiency in social media management and content creation tools
    4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
    5. Strong communication and organisational skills
    6. Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in content creation and social media management

  • Purpose: To provide students with a hands-on experience in social responsibility, life science of birds, team management, and leadership development.
  • Duration: Flexible based on student availability
  • Eligibility: Open to students pursuing any UG/PG degree relevant to Environmental Conservation.
  • Intern Summary:
    We are seeking a dedicated and passionate intern to join our team in conserving sparrow populations through awareness and education. The successful candidate will work closely with schools, experts, and volunteers to execute awareness programs, conduct training sessions, and monitor the project’s impact.
  • Requirements:
    1. Passion for environmental conservation and education
    2. Moderate communication and interpersonal skills
    3. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
    4. Strong administrative and time management skills

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Permission and Partnerships: Secure permission from schools to conduct awareness programs and establish partnerships with school administrators.
  2. Program Execution: Conduct awareness programs and hands-on training sessions for students within school premises.
  3. Expert Collaboration: Learn from field experts from Koodugal members to enhance knowledge about sparrow conservation.
  4. Review and Evaluation: Conduct review meetings after 3 months to assess the project’s impact and identify areas for improvement.
