Story behind program execution at ✨Koodugal Vivasayam – Farming ✨
This initiative holds a special place in our hearts.
Koodugal Vivasayam was born out of a deeply personal experience. when one of our own team members met with an accident and lived as a physically challenged person for three months. During this difficult time, we witnessed firsthand the struggles and daily challenges faced by differently abled individuals. This incident inspired us to think deeply and take action.
Thus, Koodugal Vivasayam was initiated, with a mission to support and empower differently abled people by addressing their basic needs and creating more opportunities for them.
We extend our sincere thanks to Genesys for partnering with us and to everyone who supported this meaningful cause. Together, we believe we can make a difference – one step at a time.
Let’s continue to spread kindness, empathy, and hope.
Note:
Many people love to do something meaningful on special occasions like birthdays, wedding anniversaries, or memorial days. Koodugal encourages such individuals to celebrate by supporting small-scale farmers.
We identify small-scale farmers who open their farms for such collaborations. Here, individuals can sponsor a portion of the farming activity, and in return, 50% of the produce or earnings will go towards supporting differently abled individuals.
This initiative creates a mutual benefit:
➢ Farmers receive financial and community support.
➢ Differently abled individuals gain resources and opportunities.
➢ Sponsors find a purposeful way to mark their special days.

Objective

  • Purpose: To provide students with hands-on experience in corporate relationship management, budget preparation, project proposal creation, leadership development, and project presentation skills.
  • Duration: Flexible based on student availability | Provided day basis as well hour basis
  • Eligibility: Any UG/PG degree relevant to the Environmental and Mechanical studies
  • Requirements:
    1. Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
    2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    4. Excellent research and analytical skills
    5. Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
    6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
    7. Ability to commit to a minimum of 10 weeks of internship

    We’re looking for a creative and enthusiastic intern to join our team at Koodugal! As a key member of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, including video coverage of student locations where sparrows have occupied the nest boxes, short film creation, social media management, and content creation.
  • Requirements
    1. Strong passion for storytelling and content creation
    2. Excellent video production and editing skills

  • Eligibility: Open to students pursuing any UG/PG degree relevant to Environmental Conservation.
  • Intern Summary:
    We are seeking a dedicated and passionate intern to join our team in conserving sparrow populations through awareness and education. The successful candidate will work closely with schools, experts, and volunteers to execute awareness programs, conduct training sessions, and monitor the project’s impact.
  • Requirements:
    1. Passion for environmental conservation and education
    2. Moderate communication and interpersonal skills
    3. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
    4. Strong administrative and time management skills

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Permission and Partnerships: Secure permission from schools to conduct awareness programs and establish partnerships with school administrators.
  2. Program Execution: Conduct awareness programs and hands-on training sessions for students within school premises.
  3. Expert Collaboration: Learn from field experts from Koodugal members to enhance knowledge about sparrow conservation.
