Description

We’re thrilled to share the success of our sparrow conservation project in Ammapettai-Thiruporur. Through our network of friends, we discovered that this area has a critically low sparrow population. Our friend, Mr. Vijaykumar Ganesan, facilitated a connection with CEE
DEE YES Public School, enabling us to launch this initiative.

The program was made even more effective by utilising a laptop and projector, kindly provided by our funding partner, Chennai Willingdon Corporate Foundation. This technology enabled us to convey the concept and importance of sparrow conservation to the students.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with the school community, making a positive impact on the local sparrow population. We extend our sincere thanks to the school management for embracing this project and supporting our noble cause, alongside their students.
