Koodugal Trust in Action
We had the privilege of reconnecting with Mr. Shanmugam Master, a dedicated mentor who has been consistently training students in various traditional disciplines, including Silambam. Our association with him began six years ago during a Silambam competition held in Thiruvottiyur, where Koodugal supported participating students with nest boxes. Over the years, this relationship has grown stronger, both personally and professionally, leading to meaningful collaborations. This summer, we are excited to jointly plan and execute another impactful initiative for students.
It is inspiring to see how shared values bring together like-minded individuals. In this journey, School4Change, led by Harigaran Rajmohan, has become a valuable partner alongside Koodugal. The students from School4Change delivered an outstanding DIY workshop and awareness program with remarkable commitment and execution.
A special mention to Ms. Sivagami, whose articulate and confident presentation truly stood out. She exemplifies strong leadership qualities and reflects the impact of effective mentorship setting a benchmark for students, educators, and motivators alike.
Koodugal extends heartfelt gratitude to the School4Change students, Harigaran Rajmohan, Mr. Bala Murugan (Auto Driver), Kishorekumar SD and my family for their continuous support and encouragement throughout this journey.

Internship Program 5 |
Corporate Relationship management

  • Purpose: To provide students with hands-on experience in corporate relationship management, budget preparation, project proposal creation, leadership development, and project presentation skills.
  • Duration: Flexible based on student availability | Provided day basis as well hour basis
  • Eligibility: Any UG/PG degree relevant to the Environmental and Mechanical studies
  • Requirements:
    1. Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
    2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    4. Excellent research and analytical skills
    5. Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
    6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
    7. Ability to commit to a minimum of 10 weeks of internship

    We’re looking for a creative and enthusiastic intern to join our team at Koodugal! As a key member of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, including video coverage of student locations where sparrows have occupied the nest boxes, short film creation, social media management, and content creation.
  • Requirements
    1. Strong passion for storytelling and content creation
    2. Excellent video production and editing skills

  • Purpose: To provide students with a hands-on experience in social responsibility, life science of birds, team management, and leadership development.
  • Duration: Flexible based on student availability
  • Eligibility: Open to students pursuing any UG/PG degree relevant to Environmental Conservation.
  • Intern Summary:
    We are seeking a dedicated and passionate intern to join our team in conserving sparrow populations through awareness and education. The successful candidate will work closely with schools, experts, and volunteers to execute awareness programs, conduct training sessions, and monitor the project’s impact.
  • Requirements:
    1. Passion for environmental conservation and education
    2. Moderate communication and interpersonal skills
    3. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
    4. Strong administrative and time management skills

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Permission and Partnerships: Secure permission from schools to conduct awareness programs and establish partnerships with school administrators.
  2. Program Execution: Conduct awareness programs and hands-on training sessions for students within school premises.
  3. Expert Collaboration: Learn from field experts from Koodugal members to enhance knowledge about sparrow conservation.
