Objective:

Ø  Stressed the importance of Birds to students

Ø  Sparrows’ role in Food Chain

Ø  By preserving Sparrow, we can improve the living standard

Description:

General: Program was organised along with Nadavu Thiruvizha organised by Parambaria Palli. In this event students were given awareness and hands on training to make nest boxes for sparrow. In total 100 boxes were made and distributed to the students. Also, guest explained the importance of organic farming as follows.

Guest:  How to take the organic farming to next generation. We need to consume the local crops. Also, stressed the importance of physical activity in day-to-day life. Different native crop types and plant types were briefed to the students.
