Description

Koodugal has recently expanded its presence across various districts in Tamil Nadu to explore and implement its projects in multiple locations. As part of this initiative, under the leadership of newly appointed district leads, Koodugal successfully conducted a program in Tenkasi
district by bringing together students from three Panchayat Union schools in the Varaganoor Panchayat. Some students showcased excellent skills in handling basic tools and even created their own products, while others demonstrated quick learning abilities, swiftly grasping the steps needed to fabricate the nest boxes.

Mrs. Induja, the Panchayat President of Varaganoor, has been actively involved in environmental initiatives and continues her work with unwavering dedication. She has been associated with Koodugal for the past four years and was instrumental in executing a sparrow conservation program at a Government school in 2021. After years of discussions and collaboration, she now serves as the District Lead for Tenkasi.

We are confident that, together, we will continue to execute impactful programs that inspire students and make a meaningful difference to the environment.

Corporate Relationship management

  • Purpose: To provide students with hands-on experience in corporate relationship management, budget preparation, project proposal creation, leadership development, and project presentation skills.
  • Duration: Flexible based on student availability | Provided day basis as well hour basis
  • Eligibility: Any UG/PG degree relevant to the Environmental and Mechanical studies
  • Requirements:
    1. Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
    2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    4. Excellent research and analytical skills
    5. Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
    6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
    7. Ability to commit to a minimum of 10 weeks of internship

    We’re looking for a creative and enthusiastic intern to join our team at Koodugal! As a key member of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, including video coverage of student locations where sparrows have occupied the nest boxes, short film creation, social media management, and content creation.
  • Requirements

  • Intern Summary:
    We are seeking a dedicated and passionate intern to join our team in conserving sparrow populations through awareness and education. The successful candidate will work closely with schools, experts, and volunteers to execute awareness programs, conduct training sessions, and monitor the project’s impact.
  • Requirements:
    1. Passion for environmental conservation and education
    2. Moderate communication and interpersonal skills
    3. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
    4. Strong administrative and time management skills

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Permission and Partnerships: Secure permission from schools to conduct awareness programs and establish partnerships with school administrators.
  2. Program Execution: Conduct awareness programs and hands-on training sessions for students within school premises.
